Jay Z signed Freeway, Beanie Philly is the official swagger town of the states, popular artists like Jay Z and Lil Wayne did not hit their peak until they ran through this town. You may hear a PhillySigal, Young Gunz, and Peedi Crakk... all Philly Artist, he borrowed a lot of their swag and slow flow...

Here's a favourite Philly artist of mine, he really doesn't need shine, but his videos are nuts. He was on 106&Park, but was disqualified for swearing... his battles are insane as well...
